In order to use the Bell Total Connect mobile app, you must:

  • Be subscribed to an eligible Bell Total Connect package
  • Use of one of the supported smartphones listed in the Supported devices section below

Once downloaded, the app will automatically be installed on your smartphone.

  • iPhone: compatible with iOS 11 and higher
  • Android: compatible with OS version 5 or higher

Note: The app is not compatible with Blackberry OS. To use the app, your Blackberry device must be running on Android OS version 5 or higher.

How to log into the app

  • 1. Open the application by clicking on the icon on your phone.
  • 2. If you are logging in for the first time, you must accept the End-User License Agreement and 9-1-1 limitations. You also have to allow the app to access your device?s camera, microphone, contacts, phone number, location services, photo library, media and files.
  • 3. Enter your username (this is your 10-digit Bell Total Connect phone number) in the Username field.
  • 4 .Enter your password (this is your Bell Total Connect portal password) in the Password field.
  • 5. Tap Sign in.
